Biomics Biopharma Limited (“Company”) lodged the prospectus (“Prospectus”) and supplementary prospectus (“Supplementary Prospectus”) with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“ASIC”) for an offer of up to 80,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares (“New Shares”) to raise up to A$16 million (subject to a minimum subscription of $13 million). Neither ASIC nor ASX Limited, nor any of their officers, take any responsibility for the contents of the Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus.
